UK climate scientist to temporarily step down
December 1, 2009 by Walter Schneider.
Atlanta Journal-ConstitutionNational / World News 4:56 p.m. Tuesday, December 1, 2009UK climate scientist to temporarily step down
By RAPHAEL G. SATTER
The Associated Press
LONDON — The chief of a prestigious British research center caught in a storm of controversy over claims that he and others suppressed data about climate change has stepped down pending an investigation, the University of East Anglia said Tuesday. (Full Story)
The AP article in the AJC is not objective, not entirely informative and represents only a small portion of the truth. If you are familiar with the cimate-alarmism scam I don’t need to point out the details of that. If you are not, then there is little point in highlighting the flaws in the article, but it is recommended that you inform yourself at least to the extent that you read the postings on this blog that were made during the last ten days or so.
However, if the AP article had been a little more informative and less biased, it would have shown at least a few links to blogs that were instrumental in forcing Phil Jones of the Climate Research Unit of the University of East Anglia to step down. As it is, the only link shown after the article is one to Real Climate, the organ of the climate scammers of whom Phil Jones is the prime actor.
Links that should have been shown and glare by their omission are such as these:
- http://www.climateaudit.org/ (due to server limitations for that blog, postings for that blog are now being made at http://camirror.wordpress.com)
